Overview

During this webinar, Dr. Jane Jeffrie Seley, Inpatient Glycemic Control Program Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine, presents on the pivotal role of nurses in the continuum of inpatient diabetes care and best practices to engage nursing staff in a glycemic management program. Following the presentation, Dr. Seley is joined by Travis Scott, Nurse Educator at Oregon Health & Science University, and Monarch’s EVP and Chief Clinical Officer, Laurel Fuqua, for a panel discussion sharing experiences and successful examples of improving engagement, care coordination and staff education to optimize diabetes care and improve outcomes.
