Monarch Medical Technologies Named Among Best Places to Work

Another year is quickly approaching. Thanksgiving is upon us and we wanted to dedicate this blog post to our team at Monarch Medical Technologies.

Every year, the Charlotte Business Journal searches for the “Best Places to Work” in the Charlotte region. This award recognizes companies that have mastered their goals in tandem with every employee’s happiness and well-being.

The Charlotte Business Journal measures the happiness of the nominated company’s employees by partnering with Quantum Workplace to administer an anonymous survey. The survey includes a series of multiple choice, Likert scale, and open ended questions. Questions revolve around the company’s goals, team morale, the individual employee’s overall contentment, and the company’s involvement with the Charlotte community.

Last week, the Monarch team brought home another award in the small business category. The award is simply a reminder of what our employees already knew we had; a stellar team and a well-rounded work environment. Our customers and their patients always come first, while our team shadows the pillars of TACIT (Trust, Accountability, Creativity, Innovation, and Transparency).

We are very proud of the team that we have today and while we have always known, we now have two plaques to validate. We appreciate our team’s dedication towards making Monarch Medical Technologies a Best Place to Work and we’re looking forward to seeing what the future has in store!
