After years spent in the CVICU environment, I was presented with the opportunity to be part of something unique, that had the potential to positively affect millions of patients instead of the number I could impact as a hospital employee. Monarch has given me that ability and the opportunity to grow and learn in areas and skills I would never have thought of while working in the hospital setting.
