Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager of EndoTool, I’ve had the privilege of working with healthcare systems that are deeply committed to improving patient outcomes. Temple Health is one of those organizations.

Their system-wide rollout of EndoTool SubQ wasn’t just an implementation it was a transformation in inpatient care.

We measure success by the outcomes our partners achieve and the lives they improve. Temple Health embraced that vision from day one.

Their decision to implement EndoTool SubQ across multiple campuses wasn’t just about adopting new insulin dosing technology but prioritized delivering safe, evidenced-based care for patients.

Results That Speak Volumes

By leveraging EndoTool’s predictive, patient-specific dosing Temple was able to:

  • Reduce hypoglycemia rates by 2–3x across the patient population
  • Improve glycemic control across all live campuses
  • Strengthen post-procedure recovery by maintaining better blood sugar control
  • Boost nursing confidence in insulin delivery

Seeing those results, especially early in the rollout, was one of the most rewarding parts of this journey for me.

Laying the Groundwork for Change

Behind the scenes, the success of this rollout was built on long hours of hands-on testing, iteration, and collaboration.

We spent countless days fine-tuning workflows to ensure the application aligned seamlessly with the processes being mapped out. The phrase “we meet again” became a running joke during our almost-daily working sessions.

What struck me most was how committed Temple’s teams were to making sure clinician voices were heard. Every workflow decision was rooted in the realities of bedside care.

Together, we solved real-world challenges step by step ensuring EndoTool supported their practice rather than disrupted it.

The Secrets Behind Their Success

At Temple Health, two strategies stood out as game-changers during their EndoTool rollout:

  • A strong Super User network
Frontline nurses went through in-depth EndoTool training and became the go-to experts on their units. The distinctive yellow vest signaled a trusted face ready to help, building ownership and confidence system wide. Watching these nurses lead and support their peers was both inspiring and impactful.
  • Embedding education into the rollout
Temple knew better diabetes care requires more than technology. Their population health and education experts wove comprehensive diabetes education into the EndoTool launch, from insulin pharmacology to bedside patient teaching strategies.

A Meaningful Shift in the Care Culture

I saw firsthand how these strategies helped reinforce not just how to use EndoTool but why it mattered. The connection between technology and sound clinical practice was compelling.

Raising the Bar for Diabetes Care

Temple Health’s results speak for themselves; they didn’t just implement a new clinical decision support tool, they elevated the standard of inpatient diabetes care.

As a Customer Success Manager, I believe true success is measured by meaningful outcomes and Temple Health’s story is a powerful reminder of that.
