The deployment of EndoTool requires minimal internal resources in comparison to other healthcare IT solutions, and our team will work with all necessary members of your organization to prepare before the day of go-live. We also offer support to deploy EndoTool in a testing environment, before deploying in production.
We offer support at every level: on-demand phone support, case management, and product management requests. Your organization is available 24/7/365 and so is our support staff.

The below list of Monarch Medical Technologies EndoTool Product Versions are fully supported by Monarch Medical Technologies on these editions of Windows: Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Education, and Windows 10 Enterprise. They are supported on the in-market supported servicing branches of Windows 10 including: Semi-Annual Channel, Current Branch, Current Branch for Business, and the Windows 10 Enterprise Long Term Service Branch. They are supported on Internet Explorer versions including: Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, and on all currently supported servicing branches of Windows 10.
