She has led teams in business development, client services and account management. She specializes in product and process improvement with a customer-centric mentality. Mackenzie has earned a Bachelor of Science from CSU Sacramento and a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
